Meal Time Matters
Juggling work, motherhood, and homemaking is tricky enough, without worrying about what meals you’re going to prepare every day.
Our Family’s Food Values:
- We cook mostly vegetarian meals, but believe in balance.
- We love flavor and seasonings. If a recipe turns out bland, it’s probably one of the few we enjoy with Ketchup.
Unlike most blogs who hire recipe developers, everything you’ll find here is created by me and then tested by my friends and family. I believe that if the food I make isn’t good enough to snag a spot on our family meal rotation, then you don’t deserve to waste your time on it.
I can’t tell you how many recipes I’ve tried online only to be disappointed when they didn’t turn out. Often, I find they’re lacking in flavor or one of the proportions of the ingredients was way off. Because I know what a disappointment this is, and a waste of resources, each recipe honestly reflects the exact ingredients I used and the exact method. Sometimes, this means there may be more seasonings than you’re used to seeing online. Sometimes it means I don’t follow best practice. But I promise you that these recipes did turn out for us–so I have hight hopes that they’ll turn out for you.
